Quick Prompt Co (“we”, “us”) operates quickpromptco.com. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the site, how it is used, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, for visitors in the EU/EEA and UK, the GDPR.
Information We Collect
- No account needed. You can read the entire site without registering or submitting personal information.
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of visit. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and keeping the site running, and is not used to identify you.
- Messages you send us. If you email us or send a direct message on X or Reddit, we keep that correspondence only as long as needed to respond and follow up.

Newsletter
Posts have an optional signup box for our email newsletter. If you subscribe, the email address you enter goes to Kit, the email service we use to store the list and send the emails. We use it only to send the newsletter, at most one email a week. Kit may record whether an email was opened or a link was clicked, which tells us which topics are useful.
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask us to remove your address at any time using the contact details below. We don’t sell or share the list. Kit’s handling of the data is described in Kit’s privacy policy.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate and secure the site, understand what content is useful, send the newsletter to people who subscribed, reply to messages, and show advertising that helps cover the site’s costs. We do not sell your personal information.
Data Retention
Server logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting provider. Correspondence is kept only as long as needed to respond. Data collected by Google through cookies is governed by Google’s own retention policies.
Your Rights
